Why Choose Mediation?

Why Choose Mediation?

Mediation is a process in which a neutral person, the mediator, helps people involved in a dispute to negotiate effectively with each other, promotes constructive and creative bargaining tactics, brings the parties to closure, and ties down the settlement terms in writing.

Mediation takes on many forms. It is basically a process in which a neutral third party (who has no authoritative decision-making power) assist in a dispute to assist the parties involved to voluntarily reach their own mutually acceptable agreement.

Cases in which the parties are unlikely to reach a settlement agreement on their own can benefit from mediation. Lawsuits that are commonly resolved via mediation include injury and tort cases, wrongful termination claims, breach of contract disputes, family law matters, and many business-related legal disputes.

Like assembling the pieces of a puzzle, we can provide and gently manage a process wherein parties in dispute can analyze best interests, negotiate to their best ability, and reach a resolution of their own design and choice.

Floyd Mediation Group, LLC has been helping individuals and small and large companies make informed decisions. As seasoned advocates whom they can call upon when any disputes may arise, we assist clients in making sound legal decisions while meeting the guidelines of laws and regulations. Any legal dispute can drain valuable financial resources.
